  1. Exactly Guess I'll try it and find out But the fact that I'll insert a 1866Mhz in a slot that used a 1333Mhz shouldn't be a problem right?? Because I'm replacing all the RAM..
  2. I'm sorry that I forgot that the link was in portuguese, there's a translation in the image. I believe that indicates that I can upgrade it by changing the stick that's in the slot.
  3. I can still get them easily online from Crucial, Kingston or Team. And up to 1866Mhz, hence my question about being able to fit them in my laptop or not. And I'm looking at an 8GB because my ram came in the slot instead of being fixed in the motherboard and empty in the slot.
  4. Hey there guys! I'm new here and I've been thinking of upgrading the RAM (from 4GB to 8GB) on my old laptop that I use for some light Adobe InDesign work. The laptpop is an ASUS X552MJ-SX042H (a model that doesn't appear in any RAM recommendation tools). You can check the specs here: https://www.mbit.pt/informatica/computadores/portateis/asus-x552mj-sx042h-n3540-4gb-hdd500gb-gf-920m-w8 . The only chnge that I've made so far was to put in a Kingston SSD when an accident ruined the HDD. My question is, what do I need to beware when buying a new RAM stick? I know that it has to be DDR3L but does the Speed (1333Mhz) and Voltage (1.35V) have to be the same too? Or should I go ahead and buy a faster RAM? Thank you in advance!!
