  1. Hi everyone I thought I'd make this topic for myself and all the others looking at selling their previous generation GPUs. This is not a topic about performance or if its worth it to make the switch. What would you guys say the resale value/price of previous generation GPUs should be?
  2. I'm working on a gaming rig right now and am planning on buying once the Zen 3 CPUs are released in hopes of getting a better price. However I'm having difficulty deciding which setup I need. After seeing Linus's review of the Samsung Odyssey G7 and doing some additional looking at I've decided its the monitor I want to get. So I need to make sure I can reach its full capability with my rig. The current CPUs that I'm looking at are, AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 3.8 GHz 6-Core Processor or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor The current GPUs that I'm looking at are, Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB WINDFORCE OC 3X Video Card or EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB KO GAMING Video Card Thank you
  3. So it seems most think I should wait for the Zen 3 ( Ryzen 4000) is that because the price of the older chips will drop? Or is it because I should try to get the new CPUs when they're out?
  4. Yeah I took it off because for some reason Pcpartpicker couldn't find a reasonable price, hehe. But as for the Zen 3 or Nvidia Ampere I haven't heard of those and not to sure what they are? Sorry bit of a noob here.
  5. Yeah! the list has been updated since certain prices are obscured a bit also I would hopefully like to include the accessories in the budget.
  6. Is the Zen 3 a pre build? or a Motherboard? Sorry super noob so not to sure what that is. As for the budget id say hopefully around the 250$ range.
  7. Hey everyone! I'm building my first ever gaming rig! My goals are to create a powerful, future proof, and overall long lasting rig. I've built pcs before but nothing that costed more than 100$ and its been about 8 years since the last time I was up to date on everything so I'm still trying to catch up with the new tech. I'm operating on a budget of hopefully under 2500$ and would like to complete the rig around mid august. Any comments, suggestions, or anything else you may have to say is welcome. Thank you! One of my main struggles is finding a motherboard with compatibility and performance. Also would the AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor and the EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB KO GAMING Video Card work well together? EDIT: The link has been updated I realized the list I had tweaked wasn't the one I posted sorry for any inconvenience Heres my list >>>>>> [PCPartPicker Part List](https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/XgxrFG)
