i was having similar issues on my ryzen 3200g build i was only able to consider it as a temperature issue have u checked ur cpu temperatures when u game? maybe reply the thermal paste

id recomend geting a asrock b550m it could be 10-15$ up or down 

so a 650 is all i need or should i go to a 750?

16gig corsair vengence lp16

2tb hdd

2 240gb ssd

1 500gb nvme ssd

1 500gb laptop hdd

1 1tb external hard drive

gtx 1050ti

current psu: 450watts corsair cv450

basically im thinking of doing a gpu upgrade in the winter after great research i decided upon a 6650xt and even tho pc part picker says i can run my gpu in a 450 watts psu the gpu itself is recomended for a 500watts psu but i wat to upgrade to a 740watts  because of overclocking and lately there has been toomany chinese psu,s catching on fire so i went on psucultist list and decided on a deepcool DQ750M V2L (Its on the B tier of the psucultist list) but after seeing my local shops they say they dont keep the V2L varient insted they sell the V3L but in the psucultist list its in the "SPECULATIVE POSITION OF B TIER" so idk what to get i also have a budget of 75$ and my country has 240 volts standard
