  1. Well, funny thing, I myself think that premiere is pretty much intuitive after you spend some time on it (as every adobe product). Maybe you'll need to search some on google but it isn't going to be hard to find answers. I would tottaly recomend you to use adobe premiere because it is flexible and has all that compatibility shit with the adobe cloud, that is wonderful! (It can help you and others when working on larger or specific projects)
  2. Have you tried using just a single stick of ram? Quick google says it can be An excess of startup entries Errors in registries RAM or hardware failure I would try booting with just 1 stick of ram or a linux live usb. I also heard that zen 3 cpus have a high failure rate (I mean, bad cpus from the factory), you may want to consider a cpu malfunction. oh and x570 and b550 mobos have high failure rates reported also... But I would say its more likely being the cpu rather than the mobo.
  3. Well, so I got a 3090 and a 2070 on a asus tuf gaming x570-plus/br (brazilian variant, don't think there's any difference). The 2070 works fine at both the x16 slots and other x1 slots with or without the 1x riser. The 3090 however, doesn't work on any other than the top x16 slot (I'm using the x1 riser bcuz space and heat, and I use the 2070 for gaming, 3090 just for mining and rendering) My components: asus tuf x570-plus/br ryzen 7 2700 crucial ballistix downclocked to 3200 mhz cl 14 (BL2K16G36C16U4R)
  4. Crazy story, I've been using xmp these days and some minutes ago I've tried just changing the multiplier leaving the xmp on, it worked! So I've kept the xmp on and made my overclocking, running 3200 cl 14 now haha (actually it should be slower, but I'm happy it's done lol)
  5. Hmm, I'm sorry but I didnt understand what u meant by "You wouldn’t have to deal with not getting things up to speed and you’ll be having to buy some anyway." I still have my old vga and ram kits tho, I'm just upgrading by bits till I buy the complete pc and can sell the old one. I've rushed to buy the vga and ram bcuz I was kinda in need of the new ones (the 2070 keeps it good for gaming but 3090 rocks at rendering) and I was using a 16gb ram kit and now a 32gb. But i sincerely don't know if the extra pc will be of good use for me. I could probably use it, but I could get roughly 1000 dolars back by selling it. dunno...
  6. Yep, I'm buying slowly when I can, rushed to get the 3090 and mem before the price rises, I was running a 2070 but 8gb aint enought for some projects [I paid BRL$12500 and now its up to 15k-17k even 26k here lol (1 BRL ~ 5,3 dolars so I paid about 2300, but better than 2700... It didnt arrive lower than $1800 here anyways.)]
  7. Yeah, I used to oc easily the mem but now weird shit happens... And I'm not keeping this board for zen 3, I'm planning on selling the role rig and build a new one, got a 3090 and the 2700 aint cutting it (but mostly for renders its fine).
  8. Mb, I have a gigabyte b450m gaming, but I'm running 3600 mhz, just dont see any diference to my old 3000 cl 16 kit. I'm trying to get it to lower speed and better timing bcuz zen+ lol I'm not going to get frustrated if I can't get better performance just bcuz I bought these new dimms for more ram capacity and 3600 for changing to a zen 3 in the near future.
  9. So, I've oppened HWiNFO and it show diferent xmp profiles for various speeds for my ram, is it possible to swith between them? (I've got a crucial 3600mhz cl 16 kit but I'm running a r7 2700 and it shows a 3200 cl14, that should be better, right?) I've tried manual oc but my mobo is quite strange, aint working correctly for it, just xmp, even on diferent dimms.
  10. Yeah, I was getting some weird stuff when trying 3666 out either way... I'll stick to 3000 as it works well and don't get a perceptible performance loss... Going off topic, my mobo supports up to 3600mhz and theres some nice price in t-force dark z 2x16gb kits, about $225 (for comparisson, a 2070 super is up to 770-800 dollars here in Brazil) Will my cpu make a good use of it? There's only a $20 difference from the 3000 and 3600 kits...
  11. @TofuHaroto After some search I was about to resocket my cpu (its not a intel, but anyways) as I was doing some work in blender and was getting trouble making actions and listening to a video at the same time I saw that there was just 8gb recognized, so I go take the 2 mem out of the board and test one by one (done before). For my surprise, a stick alone booted with the xmp profile without any problems, so did the 2 sticks. I'm happy it's working again but don't know what to think about it now haha. Did a cinebench real quick and the performance is on par too...
  12. I was thinking by myself, does this explain I'm not being able to boot even in lower frequencies than 2400?
  13. Well, in that case I'll be testing another kit when I have the chance... Thanks for the attention and help!
  14. I've ran for a good time in 3400mhz, like a year or so
  15. I'm sorry, I was using up to 1.42 for higher clocks but 1.38 for 3400
  16. Same thing, 3 cicles on/off... Any idea what it can be?
  17. I followed dram timing calculator's up to 1.48 just for testing but was using 1.46 for 3400
  18. Didn't work, it cicled 3 times turning on/off and then gone back to stock settings...
  19. There I was playing some valorant when my PC just froze, when I restarted it, it booted but got me a BSOD "system exception" when I was about to go back to game. Since then I'm not able to boot if the ram isn't at auto and 2400mhz (tried lower too) I can boot with higher volts too, I presume I can oc the CPU as well (Ryzen master worked) I used to run it with a 3400 oc and tighter timings but my ram is a sport ballistics 3000mhz xmp My PC: Gigabyte b450m gaming R7 2700 2x 8gb ballistics single rank Cx 650 plus bronze Rtx 2070 mini galax PS: running bios f50 but reverted to f32 to test and made no difference.
