    i used both, using the h60 currently. the h60 is way better for me, used on a 6600k and a 3700x. 212 is way cheaper, and cools the vrm's a bit better though. 212 idled around 40c, and 70c under load on the 6600k. h60 idled around 30c, 62c underload with 6600k, h60 idles around 50c-55c, 65c underload on 3700x. h60 runs cooler by a decent amount. hope this was helpful.
