Budget is around 100$-150$ for MB but I can stretch if necessary. What about cooling ? I need a decent one not so expensive what do you recommend?

I know the 1080 is not happy with it lol but i guess ampere will, I'll just wait for that , Can you specify with boards with good vrm I should be looking at ? Do I need cooling ? If so which should I be looking ? Ram 16gb or 32? 3200mhz? Which CL is considered best value? i know it's a lot of questions but I'm out of the computer build for 3 to 4 years I'm not sure anymore Thank you .

Hello! I got this CPU on a really good deal , now I'm confused about what motherboard and ram memory with the best value should I get? Also do I need cooler ? This is mainly for gaming 1440p 144hz my GPU is GTX 1080 which I will upgrade when ampere comes. also what about MCE ? Do I need mb with that option ? What the temps I'm expecting to see? Thanks !!!
