  1. Hi there pardon, I didn't quite understand what are you trying to state. Every time I installed the driver, I did make sure to clean install it either via device manager or DDU. and the problem occurred while windows update installing the new driver, and then it goes blank. I tried to force shutdown, and enter safe mode (which is worked) and the 1st time I do is to look back for windows update logs, and I found out that the intel graphic are the one causing it (proved after I uninstall it in safe mode), and the hardware won't work without it's driver that saved on disk or bios chipset. which is if you clean install, it will reset any setting you have changed. and how come windows clean install mess up my laptop even more? I wiped all my drive (full format). and installed the OS via windows 10 installation USB.
  2. Hi there, I have been facing blank screen (turned on but only black with backlight display) after installing intel graphic driver on my Acer aspire VX15-591G, I have tried installing OEM driver, Older driver, Newer Driver, Clean Install windows, Clean Install the graphic driver (Using DDU Uninstaller), modding my Bios for the advanced & power tab (SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clipper, CH341a, HxD, UEFItool) , buying a USB HDMI to connect to my external monitor, and etc. yet the problem still persist... My laptop is usable and currently running on Microsoft Basic Display Adapter which make me unable to adjust the brightness of my laptop screen ( This is the main reason I want to fix it), can't connect to HDMI port, and I can't run anything on full screen (exclusive full screen) like it used to be (it's like 1-10FPS), I can run any game with borderless screen though. I have been searching for a month to find a method to fix this stupid driver problem, I have tried asking on Intel community forum (copy-paste reply/solution), Acer community forum (0 answer), yet none of those worked! and then while I'm still in limbo trying to find a fix, there is LTT forum on the list of google search, which make me wonder, why I haven't tried to ask LTT forum even though I have been subscribed to it's channel like 3 year's (I didn't know LTT have it's own forum). So, Anyone can help to fix the problem here? at the very least I want to find a way to adjust the brightness of the screen without installing Intel Graphic Driver (It's really hurts my eyes since mostly I use my laptop indoor), I have tried doing it via registry editor (regedit) but it's seem it doesn't work. here is my system info: Acer Aspire VX15 vx5-591g Windows 10 Home 64Bit (10.0 Build 19041) Bios Vers: V 1.08 OEM Bios (insydeh20) - (unlocked bios) Intel i5-7300HQ - Intel HD graphic 630 Nvidia GTX 1050Ti (Mobile) 4GB 24GB DDR4 RAM Best Regards, Rygen29
