  1. I've conducted further test, this time comparing it to Pi OS, i can confirm that this problem only existed after setting static IP, on both OS. If i let DHCP be, then it does not occur.
  2. Hi, I am currently setting up a headless Ubuntu server 20.04 on my raspberry pi 4, After installing, i immediately setup static local ip with netplan configs, which worked. (i am using wired lan) However, after this it seems that the network goes to "sleep" when left unattended. I.E. If i were to establish an SSH connection with it, leave it for a minute, and then try to type on it, it freezes for a few seconds before responding to my input normally. Or if i deployed a simple rest server, and leave it for a while, then try to query a URL, then it still freezes for a few seconds before responding normally again. I checked syslog there seems to be no notable entry about eth0. Anyone experienced this?
