    1. Budget & Location My budget is 100.00 USD, Location should be evident 2. Aim The Aim is to stream at 1080 res at 60 fps while also being able to play Games at High settings. 3. Monitors I'll have 2-3 monitors set up both 144 hz 1 ms response time at 1080p 4. Peripherals I dont need Peripherals seeing as I have them now and it will be running Windows 10 5. Why are you upgrading? Ill be upgrading cause my Current rig Has issues playing AAA Games while also streaming
