Hello guys, I bought a nvme Sabrent Rocket Q ssd (1tb), I already had a crucial P1 500gb in the first slot. I unscrewed the heatsink and installed the sabrent in the second slot. The Bios and Windows don't recognize it so I tried putting the crucial in the second slot and the sabrent in the first slot, now the sabrent is recognized but I can't see the crucial in the bios. So now the question is: What can I do? I already tried to update the bios with the newest update. Do I need to RMA the motherboard? Config: Ryzen 9 3900x 16gb ddr4 g.skill trident z 3200mhz Asus b550-e Crucial p1 500 gb - sabrent rocket q 1tb Barracuda 2tb Gtx 1080 amp extreme Corsair cx650

By the way I fixed it, apparently there's a too long screw in the case that can short the motherboard, and that was causing the problem.

I already removed and reinstalled the cpu, but it's not working

Hello everyone, today I changed my mobo and cpu, it started without problems, i enabled xmp and test it, it worked fine. Two hours ago I started the pc and it's noot booting, nothing on the screen, just the q-code 3E and q-led "DRAM". I tried to remove the ram and do the ram stick. The code is there even if the ram is not in it! i tried to cmos with the jumper and removing the battery, nothing! The fans starts to spin and the leds are on, nothing else. I don't know what happend, I tried a bios flashback but the little led indicator don't turn on. The q-code on the manual is: Post-memory PCH inizialization is started. Can somebody help me? What do you think about the B550-E?

ahah i just said that I don't like uncovered fans... I just asked what's better between b550 and x570 for a 3900x Sorry for telling this in a bad way.. Talking about the prices, the x570-f goes for 280€ whole the b550 is not on amazon yet so I'll see Now i'll try to reword my question: Looking at the future and overclock perspective.. is better x570-f or b550?

as I said I care about the aesthetics.. I don't like the visible fan but if it's covered it's no problem.. I don't care about the noise

So let's say that now I have to decide between the b550 aorus pro or the strix x570-f And by the way this is the full config for now: Ryzen 7 1700 x470 aorus ultra g.skill 16gb 3000mhz (F4-3000C16D-16GTZR) gtx 1080 amp extreme deepcool castle 360mm corsair tx650m storage: 2tb hdd 7200 rpm and crucial m2 nvme 500gb (so I'm not gonna use pci gen 4)

I don't really care of the IO. I'm currently using a x470 aorus ultra and a 1700. I'm going to sell the cpu+mobo so I'm not going to use it again.. Then I don't know what to choose.. I just want to do a little overclock and nothing more
