  5. I have An i7-8700(non-k) and recently I fresh installed my pc after 1.5 years, I decided to do that because I was having performance issues and after reinstalling windows and deleting everything, performance was back to normal. I played for like 2 weeks no problem until today... I just got a new mouse, and also I installed Icue software again for my keyboard so I could mix the colours with my whole setup, and then I instantly regret it, Last time i had it I uninstalled it because after I installed it boom performance issues, And this time I thought It would be better, but no. I go in Warzone and I open task manager bcz i was getting 10 fps in the lobby, And I see my Cpu at a record high of 0.8ghz LMAO. After rebooting my pc after multiple times I download Intel XTU even though it's a non-k model, And then I saw my CPU was Power Limit Throttling like last time, but I found A fix for that by putting my Turbo Boost Power Max to 130 Watts(I know It's a bit much but My Cpu in cinebench r23 was using 120 watts, so just for safety). So I uninstalled ICUE Software, and Also putt my Turbo Boost Power Max to 130 watts again Since I uninstalled everything, but It isn't working like it was last time It's still throttling. If anyone has a Fix please make sure to comment! I noticed something though, In the picture, before The boost power max was at 130 watts in both at boot and proposed But now It's only at proposed, Not sure.
