just updated and didn't worked

I don't think its the new ram, because I've tried only them on slots 1 and 3 and it worked. But even the old ones, on the 1 and 2 slots, it won't boot It seems that my motherboard doenst like RAM on the same channel.

Hey guys, I'm new here, so not sure how to begin... But, some context. I already got 16gbs of ram, ddr4 2666mhz. I'm using the RAM on the slots 1 and 3. I bought the excalty same memory, and tried filled the rest of the slots. But my system won't boot. After a few trials and errors, I noticed that no matter which ram I use (new or old ones) if I put them on slot 1 and 2 or 3 and 4, the system won't boot. It only works on slots 1 and 3 or 2 and 4. Don't know if there's something to change in the bios. :(
