    When i had the balanced power plan it was at 99%. When i switched to the Ryzen balanced plan it was still at 99%. Every other choice but power saver was allways at 90+. While having power saver my fps in game is low. My new computer frequently chrashes and I think its because of this. My friend ran fur mark stress test and another CPU stress test for over 30 minutes and there were no chrashes (Ryzen balanced power plan).
