It means possible my dvi dual link cable is not working or nor active dual link what cables did u recommend glenwing

Hi guys i have benq xl2411 144hz monitor but ill buy in amazon basics dvi to display port but isn't working always said incorrect cable pls use dvi dual link cable then ill buy dvi to dvi dual link still like that 144hz ist showing but when i apply that the video was not correct blurd and showing incorrect cable pls .help me
