Budget (including currency): 1000$ (USD)
Country: Azerbaijan (will order most parts from Amazon US)
Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 3DS Max (modeling, designing, rendering), Autocad, and very light work in Photoshop, etc.
Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
I never built a PC before ( but watched tons of videos) so I can make some mistakes in little things.
I won't build it myself, but want handpick all its parts:
I am interiors designer, working on Autodesk 3DS Max, and rendering via "Corona Renderer", which is CPU only.
So I need very good CPU, good amount RAM for 3DS Max not to crash on complex scenes and average gpu for working on these scenes. Case doesn't matter, but much appreciated too.
What I plan:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x (want to max out CPU for given budget)
Cooler: be quiet! Pure Rock Slim 35.14 CFM CPU Cooler [pcpartpicker's advice, can be changed]
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 [pcpartpicker's advice, can be changed]
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 [pcpartpicker's advice, can be changed]
Storage: Samsung 970 Evo M.2 512gb [just some storage for OS and apps, for 99$] + some HDD for data storage
GPU: XFX Radeon RX 570 8 GB Video Card [pcpartpicker's cheapes advice, I don't need beast gpu]
Power: Corsair RM (2019) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply [again, pcpartpicker]
---950$ for a build without case
Please advise how can I improve this list, I accept all comments.
level of my knowledge: I know that CPU can be bottleneck of a good GPU, but can it be vice versa? Can this mentioned GPU be bottleneck for this CPU while CPU-only render? I don't think so.
