  1. That's what I was thinking. Just wanted to be sure, I'll still get one but I'll get one meant for coffee as well to be safe. Thanks for your help.
  2. So on the LTT website, the insulated water bottle CAN carry hit drinks and keep them hot for a good period of time. My question is, would putting coffee in them be a good idea or would it damage the bottle in some way? As long as it's safe that's what I'd use it for mostly.
  3. sorry but that is completely false, watts is power while volt amps is apparent power so you need the power factor as part of the equation. For a UPS, such as a 1500VA, you will see on listings it can do up to 900W. The VA rating is only the same as watts in a DC circuit and in that circuit it does not change. Also you cant say 'its almost always this give or take some' for a set mathematical calculation, it doesn't just change as you please.
  4. I'd go for a CX550, better yet a CX550M for semi modularity. If you can spare a little extra, go for an RMx since they are fully modular and are FAR better than either of the previously mentioned units.
  5. I wish you a quick recovery. Back in April I was hospitalized and by the time they tested me they couldnt get a conclusive result but they are almost sure it was Rona, and it was probably the sickest I've ever been. Not fun, and I sincerely hope you don't have to go through it as bad as I did.
  6. Damn, in 64th now, but I'm trying to save some money and I don't think I will be able to continue producing enough to get to top 50. But I will definetly try.
  7. Yeah, the amount of money and time being sunk into this is just incredible, and it is without question helping in many ways. Even just to get to where I am now on that list has taken a lot, and I'm not even close to where the high ups are at. Blows my mind, no other way to describe it.
  8. That is no longer available. Regardless you just need to save more for a power supply, cheaping out is a terrible idea.
  9. Have you tried running the computer with just one stick of ram? Try that with both sticks and see how that goes.
  10. Let's go, made it above 100! Still only in 92 but I guess that's the goal now, to stay in the top 100.
  11. Well thankfully it passed with no outages or anything, but yes, I think a game of Russian roulette is in order there.
  12. Ikr? It was 24C outside today and we have our AC off for the rest of the year already cause it was like under 10 the last few days, my GPU temp went up with the rise in room temp. Thankfully it's gonna go back to under 10 for what looks like the rest of the year at least where I live.
  13. I wish I had your confidence lol. I just fear data loss and/or a surge since I don't have a ups and I don't trust my power strip to handle anything major, but fear not, I have cloud GPUs still goin. But this is looking like the last major storm system for the year before snow hits.
  14. Had to shut my rig down for the time being cause we are under a severe storm warning and a tornado watch. Really hope it all blows over by tonight
