Hello everyone, I have been playing Destiny 2 with a 2080ti and my frames are fine in the menu but when I load into the actual game they will drop as low as 40fps with a maximum of 70fps. I play the game on 1080p on max settings but even lowering the game to the worst settings will not help the frame rate. My frame rate cap is set to 165hz but even lowering it to 100hz never allows it to rise above 70. I have tried V-Sync on and off but neither make a difference so I just left it off. My GPU usage is only at max 30-40% during game play and my CPU is around 50-60% usage. Does anyone know of any settings in game or in control panel that may be negatively impacting my computers performance?
