    I am editing on Primere and upgrading to a new computer. I need help to choose because unfortunately I am limited in budget and I have to sacrifice something to meet the budget 1. amd 3900 processor and 1660 super video card? 2. Amd 3700 processor and 2060 super video card? I will be happy For your advice and if possible to explanation why?
