  1. Ill do it if i could, but life in a 3rd world country is hard, and i cant buy a AMP right now, but i have seen the Magni 3 for about 150 dlls around here
  2. First of all, thank you for your reply, i think im not being clear because english is my second lenguage and im not 100% sure in how to use all the words XD but to put it simple, if the mobo uses the same type of impedance calculation as my old V20 wich uses a ESS ES9218 it can be modify by software, back in the day you could root you V20 and modify the parameters of the AMP to always be on High Gain mode, that made all the diference in the world in terms of audio quality and the volume being send to my headphone, i assume that there is a way to do a similar thing on the amp of my mobo. The first thing i tried with my V20 is to make a "thingy" with resistor to trigger High Gain, but i was bulky af since im no expert on electronics or soldering, i just connect a AUX extension to the "thing" and then the plug on my phone, that triggered the High Gain, then i had to unplug the thing and connect my headphones, that way i had no problems with audio quality or anything since i was just using a AUX extension. I been reading on the internet about modify driver for the audio on my motherboard, but all of them are just to unlock features like DTS or Dolby, yesterday i was looking on the windows register manager for parameter that change when i connect my headphones, found some settings but i cant seem to change the values without them changing the moment i open the realtek manager. in the screenshots below, you can ses the values on the register that change depending the impedance, normally my PC just assing my headphones the 2impedance under 51ohms" but if i disconect the cable from my headphones, connect it to the PC it shows " higher than 110ohms" and its louder, i just need to find a way to change it to the max value and leave it there, i will do more testing today, but if anyone have an idea i will gladly try it.
  3. Hi, i have a crosshair hero vii and i been trying to find a modded driver to turn off or put at max the impedance on the headphone port, i know the amp can do more but the impedance lock with my hd 598cs less than 50ohm do not provide the volume necessary to provide enogh volume, i had a LG V20 with the same problem, but those activate full amp power with just 50ohms, i have a friend that had a pair of high impedance headphones and i used to trick the impedance with an adapter and sounded really loud and clear with the same 598cs headphones, im looking for something that let me run the amp at full power all the time, since we are on PC and we somehow find a way to tune anything to our liking, i think someone could had the same problem and find a solucion or made the solution himself, i dont have money right now to buy a amp, but i will in the future. Thank you
  4. the fans at the front of the case are at the edge of the bed, the only fans that are recycling hot air would be the ones at the rad
  5. i did it myself, im not new to PC stuff, in fact the Lenovo T440p which im using right now to write this has liquid metal, i know the risk but also know how to handle them, im asking if its safe because i cant find a video with someone using liquid metal on a 212, i was planing to do that because i have all the stuff laying around in the house, and i want to do something because the quarantine, 2 fan are pulling fresh air from the end of the bed ( i dont know how to put it since english its not my first language), the fans of the rad do pull air from under the bed, but since its overkill for a 1600x the fans dont go to fast, its just the GPU that makes the noise, and since im going to use it to render stuff, i want it to be as cool as possible so we can chill together
  6. i just need to put it in a place that mi wife cant see it, but not to far because my keyboard cable is not that long, either way, im going to post photos as soon as i get home, that way it will be easy
  7. well, thats that, im going to place it somewhere else in the room, i have a 7mts HDMI cable so that its not hard to do, but the problem is the wife
  8. im not in my home right now, but i can assure you that it has a good airflow, at night (when i use my PC) we have the AC on so ambient temps ar like 22c-23c
  9. tiles, airflow is very good, 4 fans blow air in to the case, and 1 exhaust fan
  10. high 90's to low 100's, im trying to learn blender in my spare time, i have a several evo 212 and i think i have seen a lot of lunis videos doing weird stuff to think i can do this without a problem, i was thinking about the liquid metal because i have some laying around, so i would not have to purchase anything
  11. That GPU already has Kryonaut on it, but the "heatsink" that has is very weak, thermals jump from 50 to almost 100 very quickly, and the noise is really bad, i have my PC usder my bed, and i want it to be quiet AF because i have a baby and the noise wakes her up, i already have watercooling on the CPU so no problems with that part
  12. Hi, im planning to change my stock cooler on my 1060 to a evo 212 for better thermals and i was wondering if i can use conductonaut liquid metal on it, it has 3 copper heat pipes but also have a little bit of aluminium, my question is, has anyone here used liquid metal on a evo 212?, the vram has no heat sink so i would have to address that to
