I have seen people on youtube cooling the 2080 ti without any VRM heatsinks like you did. So i don’t know if they are necessary on the 3070 since I also have seen a YT video of someone that did the same thing with an RTX 3080 and did not put anything on the VRM.

My 3600 runs at 55% so I don’t really know… Maybe its just intensive on like 3 cores and the others don’t do anything.. I don’t know

Hey, I actually have an RTX 3070, and when I play warzone, I get 100w minimum usage and 180w maximum ! That is so much lower compared to what it can draw in 3dmark (up to 300w) and even lower that what it should consume (220w)… Even my old 1060 can go to 98% usage… It wouldn’t be a problem if it pulled out 144 fps every time but it doesn’t (I would say 90-100 fps average, with some stutters occasionally).. Also, this is the only game that does it.. EVEN CYBERPUNK WORKS !! (it draw 260w without dlss and 190w with dlss on) Do you have any fix ?? (I already tried almost all youtube videos about it and redownloaded the game)

My own ventus 2x was also struggling with cooling (79°C on heavy but not full load) but when i changed for a newer case, it totally change (69°C after 30 minutes of full load) so cooling won't be a problem

Resizable bar is a new feature that lets the cpu acces all of the vram at once instead of 256mbits chunks… (It increse performance from -1 or 2 % to +10 to 15% in some games) And also, does the number of fans matter ??

Hey guys, I recently found that even the founders edition 3070 has a higher power limit than mine.. So bios flashing came to my mind. I was looking for flashing it with a founder's edition bios, a gaming x trio oc one or a Asus Strix OC one (it has the highest power limit at 350W) Where can I get those bios from ?? I checked https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios but they are for the most not the latest one (which means no resizable bar..) Where can I get the latest one ?? Thanks for your help.
