  1. Well I though since the card was on and the fans were spinning that it was fine.
  2. Yeah so I only have a 6 pin which is probably the problem. Thank You.
  3. Oh that makes sense I only have a 500 watt power supply. But the 2070 still turned on. Is it just the gong on but not actually working?
  4. It’s kinda like 3 quick beeps and then 1 long beep. And then sometimes it’s just rapid.
  5. Ok so I messed with the ram and stuff a little bit more and reinstalled the GTX 1060 and it works now. However, when I installed the RTX 2070S it started beeping again and this time I didn’t touch anything and put the 1060 back in and it works fine. Why does this happen? Is it a faulty RTX?
  6. Ok thanks for all the help. What could I do to fix this problem? Would I just have to replace the ram? Or is there a more severe problem since it no longer works with the GTX 1060.
  7. So would I have to replace the motherboard or my ram.
  8. Ok thanks so much. I will read the manuals but before I do did they mention anything about updating bios?
  9. It’s a Higos motherboard in an omen 880-010 prebuilt. Idk if this helps but thank you.
  10. I tried reseating my ram and when I put it in the the black slots they computer turned on with no input (for both). When I put it in the red slots however it started beeping again. Also sorry for double threads.
  11. Yeah sorry about that. But I tried reseating my ram and when I put it in the the black slots they computer turned on with no input (for both). When I put it in the red slots however it started beeping again.
  12. Yes I only have 1 ran stick. And by reseating al the cables do you mean unplugging them from my power supply and re plugging them.
  13. So I just got my RTX 2070 super and was replacing my GTX 1060. At first when I replaced the gpus my computer started beeping so I moved my ram stick to stop the beeping. After that the beeping stopped but now I get no display on my monitor even though all the fans and leds are on. I tried reverting back to gtx 1060 but the same thing happened. How do I fix this?
