    Not an option for me as:
    Can't wait until it will be released as I plan to build my pc in the upcoming 2 weeks. Based on PCIE 3 drives prices from Samsung, the 980 Pro will not be something I could afford. Maybe in a year , when the price drops.

    i doubt you will gain any more than 10 frames. it is still a pretty old card.

    Yeah, RX 570s and 580s can be had for pretty cheap online. Or something slightly older than that like a GTX950. Anyhow, go used. The GT710 isn't worth 40 of your dollars.

    Please don't get a GT710, it's actually dogshit. 
    You should instead get on Craigslist or whatever and shop for a used low powered card like a GTX1050/TI or even RX560/570 as suggested above. 
    That'll set you back 80-100 USD but at least you don't feel like you wasted your money.
