So I believe I have fixed the freezing, my mates uncle told me to switch off the antivirus and it hasn’t froze since

Maybe about two days after I set it up it started freezing, it just froze on me there again, I’m gonna ring them in the morning and see what they say

It’s so bloody annoying!! I bought it off Fierce PC about two weeks ago, I have insurance and warranty on it but the store closes on weekends so I need to phone them tomorrow

I can’t try resist any parts as that voids my warranty, also it was brand new built.

What does that mean

Someone please help me I bought a new PC about a week or so ago and ever since I booted it up it has frozen on me constantly. I cannot play games or do anything without it freezing on me and I literally only got the pc. Ive put it into high performance mode and it done nothing either. Spec are a Ryzen 5 3600x CPU, 32GB RAM, 2070 SUPER 8GB, Integrator 700w Power supply. Someone please help me because this just isn’t fair on me at all. Thank you!!
