Hello friends,
I am in dire need of some assistance and I figured what better place to seek tech help than LTT.
I have a prebuilt cyberpowerpc (yes I know, terrible idea), and have been struggling with some hard freezes as of recent. Basically what happens is the computer essentially locks up and won't let me do anything (i.e mouse movement, caps lock keyboard won't change light) and the only solution for me is to power the computer fully off and reboot completely. It has been going on for quite some time and I have done everything in my power like remove hardware, reinstall RAM, GPU, update all drivers and uninstall USB ports. In addition to this, my case fan won't spin (which isn't as big of a deal to me I just want my hard freezes to stop).
One thing that I hope could offer some insight is a log that Windows stores that reads this after I restart my computer:
Log Name: System
Source: DriverFrameworks-UserMode
Event ID: 10110
Level: Critical
Just looking for someone with more knowledge in this field than I am. Mostly looking for a friend. lol
Appreciate any suggestions!
