  1. Bro what is the update? Have you teied switching rams? I saw read that even rams can cause pc problems even if they passed memtest

  3. Ive built my brand new pc last twi minths. And ever since, it crashes with an event id 41. It crashes randomly on games. The sound will go brrr and solid colors with appear. Sometimes it will self restart, but most of the times the pc will just crash with no signal on the monitor but the fans and led's are on. I will have to force restart if that happened. Sometime I can play for hours and randomly crashes at some point. There is only one thing that is im certain of. That is, it will crash every single day. I need your help. Please. Im really desperateee. Here are my specs: RYZEN 5 3600 TUF B450M PLUS GAMING mobo MSI RX 570 4GB oc edition CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 1x8gb 3200mhz Deepcool Gammaxx 400 cpu cooler Aerocool United power 500w psu 120gb ramsta ssd bootdrive 1TB hdd WD blue **no overclock *everything is at stock **no xmp *temps are very good. Cpu max load is 80c. Gpu max load is 65c Troubleshooting and stuff that I have done: ●All drivers are up to date. Bios is latest, chipset is latest, windows is updated. ●Tried rolling back to 19.x.x amd drivers. Still the same. ●Re-seated everything. Even tested ram on different slot (i have one stick ram) ●Ran memtest and passes 10passes with no error ●Tried disabling cstates and setting idle power to typical idle on bios. ●tried rolling back into previous bios. Same problem. ●Tried unplugging the HDD. Same problem. ●Fresh reinstalled windows. Same problem. ●DDU display driver many many times. Same problem. ●tried switching sata cables and their respective slots. Same problem. ●Tried xmp, problem got worse. ●ran occt (3d, power, memtest) but pc crashes before it can detect any problems. ●heaven benchmark, superposition benchmark, and furmark crashing. ●cinebench is not crashing ●Tried different monitors and even different power outlet. Still crashing ●set powerplan to performance. Same problem. ●disabled fastboot I really need all your help. Im really really sad bc of this. This is my first time building a pc. Please save me from this misery. Im really really desperate.   8. Why do i need to powerlimit my gpu? Does my psu cant handle the consumption? I mean 500w is enough
  9. I tried getting rid of the xmp. Same problem. How do I do power limiting on gpu? Sorry noob here.
  10. Im running a MSI Armor RX 570 4gb. The reason for undervolting is bc whenever I play games or run gpu benchmarks, my system crashes. Pls teach me how to undervolt. Watching youtube videos are confusing as they can be. Sorry im a newbie. My rig: Ryzen 5 3600 Rx 570 Corsair lpx vengeance 1x8gb 3200mhz Aerocool psu 500w Tuf b450m gaming plus motgerboard **nothing is overclocked except RAM Windows 10 pro. HELP PLSSS. I can play witcher 3 and valorant for like 3hours and then it will crash randomly. When I try to turn it back on. Pc will just turn on, then immediately off, then on again, then off until it boots up. Do i have a gpu or psu problem. I need to know before spending money. Additional info abt this post.   13. ***EDIT: Ran another heaven benchmark and saw power consumption fluctuate on the gpu. What does that mean???

I built a pc a WEEK ago, everything is brand new, here are the specs: Asus tuf b450m gaming plus Ryzen 5 3600 (running this with the stock cooler) Msi rx 570 4gb armor Corsair Lpx vengeance 1x8gb 3200mhz Aerocool 500w 80plus Windows 10 pro 64 bit Whenever I play witcher 3 and valorant (thats all the games i have installed) the pc crashes. Sometimes the screen turns brown then it shuts down. I can play for a few hours but at some point it will crash and shut down. I have my ram d.o.c.p. profile on. I tried turning it off and the problem is still there. Im not overclocking my gpu and cpu. Also, sometimes when it crash, it boots itself up, then turn off immediately then turn on, off, and on until i go hold down the power button to stop it. Cpu idle temps are 40c-50c Cpu when gaming 60c-71c Gpu idle 43c-45c Gpu when gaming 60c-75c I have updated the drives and even the windows updates. Tried uninstalling the gpu drive then installing it back. Psu pins are snug and secure. I reseated the ram stick and gpu. Still doesnt fixed. Pls help me. I dont know what to do. *EDIT: Bios is at latest update. **EDIT: Power consumption on gpu is fluctuating. What does that mean? **The benchmark heaven is running on the video below.
