  1. Budget (including currency): $700-1000 Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: CADlink Signlab, office work, and maybe other light 3D work in future So I need something for the business I work for. Our current pc we use to design vinyl prints and sign structures is pretty slow and does not handle the workload well. I have been tasked with buying and building the pc because I'm the only one who know how, however I'm not really sure what to use as i usually build gaming pcs and not workstations. like what kind of motherboard should use for intel or amd and how much ram should I get (i'm thinking 32GB) This is what I'm looking at using https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XcfM8r
  2. I'd like to keep it under 500 USD if I can. And honestly I don't know I have very little knowledge when it comes to servers
  3. so i want to set a small home media server that i can dump my 3TB of photos and other things on to keep my pc cleaned out. i would like to make it accessible from multiple pcs. and have some form of raid on there just in case
  4. I would like to use my onboard dvi port to run a old monitor that I have but I cannot figure out how to set the bios so I can use that port for my third monitor please help. Cpu: Ryzen 3 3200g Mb: gigabyte aorus b450M Gpu Radeon rx 460
  5. So a friend of mine's laptop is dying. I want to surprise him with a new one but I don't know what to get or where to start. He would mostly be using it for light office work zoom and internet browsing. What should I get that is expensive but not cheap and unreliable
  6. Here this is a good reliable psu https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07W956JBC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fab_8l9CFbRCMYC8B
  7. Don't buy that it is to cheap. Redragon isn't known for psu's and you will have no idea if is reliable or not
  8. Most likely not you want to spend the money on a reliable psu fry a brand you know that you can trust. Corsair and EVGA are good brands for psu's
  9. Most are but a few are from the Microsoft store what do I do about those
  10. Hi I'm getting ready to build a new computer as I have sold my last. I pulled my hdd from it so then I don't have to reinstall my games. I have a 256gb m.2 ssd I want to put windows 10 and a game on it. I have very little knowledge of how hdd and ssd work and all that but I want to know if I have to clone windows 10 to the ssd or can I just install a copy of it on the ssd? Or would that mess something up My hdd is a 2tb Seagate barracuda drive
