Before build the new computer, I used it with this power supply and there was no problem. (Enermax MaxPro 700W) I updated the BIOS and cleard the CMOS but the problem still there.

I have an MSI B450 Pro M2 motherboard and an R5 3600 processor. When I turn on the PC there is no POST and the monitor say no signal and the cpu debug led is lit. However, if I turn off the computer with the power button and turn on back sometimes is boot in to the windows. I'm guessing it's a bios problem because I read that msi isn't that good in amd bios. Has anyone else had such a problem? Or do you know a solution?
