  1. Agreed, AMD 3900 is going to be the best bang for your buck.!
  2. How much RAM do you have? Because that could be dragging down performance.
  3. To dual boot Pop!_OS alongside another OS install Pop!_OS first. Then once booted into Pop!_OS use GParted to resize the root partition (the largest partition) to make room for Windows 10 (35GB is the minimum required). ----- https://support.system76.com/articles/dual-booting/ Hope that helps. I don't have much experience with Duel Boot, but as long as you install POP_OS first then your windows the way you normally do it I believe you should be good.

Then pop it back and try again, also make sure everything inside the computer is pushed in. other then that I didn't find anything close to the beeping you have. sorry I cant be more help I will do a little more looking around, see if I can't find anything else.

  6. 204 pin RAM is for laptops & 260 pin RAM is for desktops. If you have the same size, voltage, and class, the performance should be the same. Hope this helps
