    display cable may just disconnected, beacuse theres gotta be power and backlight so maybe a complete disassemble of the computer maybe will doin' its thing

    So it does do a power on self test(POST) but you can't see anything on screen. Try pressing f2 to get to bios.

    As you said I use win10, But if windows 10 dosen't have the features for that, i guess windows XP can do dialup. Im endig my thinking of using dialup for a day so i think that i would just get a Trust Communicator 33k6 beacuse that can do dialup. Im ending this here for planning.

    Also beacuse EVERYBODY has a modem, I want to test dial-up. But I it gives me an error when I try to connect to it

    I use a modem(bc i needed one ). Its a newer modem so Dial-up not works on it for some reason. Do you have a modem?
