  1. Yeah but the sound still comes from the computer.
  2. Sure, also I tried using monitor IO and the buzzing went away from my headphones. My specs are: Ryzen 5 3600 (Stock Cooler) Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX EVGA 500W
  3. So I just finished my first PC build yesterday and I loaded up into Rainbow Six Siege. The second I get into a round (not on menu) my computer starts making a buzzing sound almost like the sound of a disk being read. (The game was downloaded onto my SSD btw so its not the HDD.) I can even hear the sound coming from my headset. It happens the second I tab into the game, and goes away right as I tab out. Anyone got answers?
  4. Soooo I finished my pc build aside from the graphics card the other day (still waiting for the gpu to come in mail), and I just saw my cat rub up against my build and I heard a big “pop” static sound. The psu is not plugged in, but the outside surface of the case is painted white (if that has any importance). Should I have to be worried at all?
  5. Ah so turns out it was from a company called “Electo Super Prix Inc.” (which sounds like the sketchiest thing of all time) but that would explain it.
  6. I’m out of the house right now but I’m 75% sure it was from amazon directly, I’ll check the order when I get back.
  7. The package also arrived over a week later than it was supposed to. Anyone know what I should do? I haven’t opened the Ryzen box yet but it looks like it was just resealed. I can see through the side window that there is the correct cpu inside.
  8. Yeah thanks for the suggestions, ended up getting the b450 tomahawk, but I am going to stick with the 2060 super because of the rtx. Totally forgot to include the SSD with this but I added it afterwards.
  9. Yeah, forgot to include SSD, but I did afterwards.
  10. Budget (including currency): $1,600 - $2,000 CAD Country: Canada Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Rainbow Six: Siege, CS:GO, Indie games. NO AAA TITLES Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I am hoping to buy this tower within the next week or so. The only other peripheral I need are a cheap(er) 144hz monitor, and a cheap 60hz as a second monitor. One thing I noticed is that my PCU is lacking a 4-pin ATX power connector, which is needed for overclocking. If anyone can link a good PCU which meets the requirements, let me know. I also don't feel the need to buy a CPU cooler, as the stock Ryzen one should be fine. PCPartPicker Link: (Also in CAD) https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/tictacton/saved/kpc8Jx
