No it will not bottleneck the RX460.

External drive is the easiest and the cheapest. Other options such as others have said above are also good, it depends on how much you want to spend on this though.

I do NOT like buying used hardware, and I do not recommend doing it.

I love anime. Here is a list of some of my favorites, not in any particular order: Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion(season 1 & 2) Death Note Gundam Seed(watched 100+ times, one of the top contenders for my favorite all time anime) & Gundam seed destiny Ao no Exorcist Clannad & Clannad afterstory Bleach(first 50 or so episodes were my favorite) Kenichi the Mightiest Disciple Fate zero Shakugan no Shana Angel Beats Initial D The list could go on for a while :D

It would be fine, however a larger drive(say around 80-120) would be better.

Case: Bitfenix Shinobi or Antec Eleven Hundred Gamer case Storage:Samsung 840 series SSD for boot drive + Seagate 3tb barracuda drive(or he can just get the 3tb drive if he doesn't want an SSD) Ah just saw he wants to put an H00I in his system.

I like PC for certain games while console for others, it really depends on your preferences.

The cut with where it is in the video is only slightly annoying .

Antec Eleven Hundred is my favorite, for the features it has(huge,great build quality, cable management etc) just an overall great case, for just pure aesthetics the Bitfenix Shinobi looks amazing, if I could switch cases that would be the case I would want :D

660ti or 7950 both are great cards.

My very first computer that I actually owned was a hewlard packard compaq I believe, don't remember the specs or model but I played a lot of old games on that thing. My first laptop was also an HP.
