  1. The top of my monitor has been flickering whenever I try to do anything on my computer. I attached a video that shows the issue. I've tried the usual troubleshooting methods, I tried a different display port cable and i even ddu my drivers and rolled back to an older one which both yielded no help. The only way I've found that fixed it was if I set my monitor from 144hz down to 60hz which stopped the flickering but isn't the greatest solution. The monitor in question is an Asus TUF Gaming VG249Q and my current graphics card is an RTX 3070. Any solutions would be great! IMG_3768.MOV

In the video I have linked I found a somewhat consistent way to repeat the error but it also happens at random or whenever I'm trying to play any sort of game. 4. So I just got a new EVGA FTW3 3070 yet the power supply Im currently using is a Corsair CX550M which comes with a PCIE power cable with an 8-pin and 6-pin connector. Yet the 3070 needs 2 8-pin power connectors so I just purchased a 6-pin to 8-pin PCIE Adapter and plugged those in. What's the chance that I come home 1 day and there is a pile of burning ashes on my desk?
  5. I mean one of my ram sticks is bad so that’s why I wanted to buy just one stick also that’s good timing on that Linus video
  6. Wait why they have the same speed and everything

  8. For the past like 2 days ive had many errors and error codes such as Dev errror 6164, Dev error 6328 and disc read error. If anyone has had this issue or have any kind of solution it would be great
  9. Anyone got recommendations for a cpu that would be good paired with a rtx 2070
  10. Does any one know if a wraith prism works or if it interferes with Gskill ripjaws V 16gb DDR4-3200 (B450 tomahawk max btw)
  11. I found a ASUS ROG Strix ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING for 279 is it worth the extra $20 to get it over the tomahawk
  12. So I’m looking at b550 boards to buy but there are a lot of choices and I’m not really a person who knows a lot about tech so can someone recommend a board near $249 CAD.
  13. well in that case i guess the pro4 is just $20 more so i might as well get that
  14. i think i would get the MSI B550-A pro because it more matches my black colour scheme
