tried putting in a different graphics card and starting it up in safe mode that didnt work and ive tried punching my keyboard because i have been trying to fix this problem for the past 3 hours

I was starting up my computer when everything worked fine. However after I started up a AMD program I got a blue screen. After the pc started up again my mouse and keyboard didn’t work anymore. I tried replugging every cable I could find and resetted my bios (the keyboard and mouse did work in the bios)settings to default with no answer. I came tot this forum asking for help so anything would be greatly appreciated.
