  1. I've had my build just over a year. Initially there was problems with the processor. Number of blue screens and after two trips back and forth to the store it was replaced and deemed faulty. Fine until a year later and I have been getting completely random freezing. The computer freezes on the screen, processes stop completely though there is power and a hard restart is needed. It is complete random nothing suggesting its coming but he really happens during gaming. Sometimes I got days doing the same thing and nothing then like yesterday get 4 in a row. Everything in event manager i would see "The device HID-compliant headset (location (unknown)) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem." After every restart. Things I have tried: Full reinstall of Windows numerous of times. Due to the event message above I changed my headset to a brand new one. Still the freeze/crash. I had a smallish SSD the operating system would run off and majority of the time that wouldn't come back on after restart sending pc to bios. I upgraded to a bigger m.2 and left the small SSD in as extra backup. Was okay for a few days and crashes again. Restart would find the small ssd could not be found on the machine at. Replaced with HDD still crashes. Thought it was power supply. Upgraded from a 550 W to a 750W gold. Started crashing /Freezing. Graphics card was stress tested and sealed with everything fine. All drivers upgraded etc. Getting to the point im seeing if it might be now the motherboard, RAM or CPU. I'm pretty lost on the cause.
