  1. I am going to be getting my first real mechanical keyboard and want to get some of those crazy keycaps I see all over, so show me some of your fun keycaps for inspiration! Where you got them would also be good to know haha
  2. not sure, it hasn't been booted up since 2005 probably. Mom says I can't mess with it since it has all our baby photos on it and she doesn't want to lose them. All my stuff is across the country (just visiting family for the covid business) So I might have to procure a cheap monitor to get this bad boy running so I can find out the shape it's in, get all my parent's stuff off of it, and see if it's in good enough shape to keep or if I should just part it out. If it's in decent enough shape I'd love to keep at least the case and either do major upgrades or gut it and build a new PC in the case. Specs: 500 Mhz Intel Pentium III (slot 1) CPU 192 Mb RAM 2x 80 Gb 7200 RPM Western Digital ATA-100 Hard Disks Intel PIIX4 Chipset 100 Mbps 3com 3c905 PCI NIC 16Mb ATI Rage128 AGP Graphics Card LG 40x CD-ROM Drive
  3. I know you have the Razer Basilisk as a large hand mouse, but do you think it could work for medium hands?
  4. Look at this absolute LEGEND I found in my basement.
  5. While searching rtings, other review sites, and this forum, I've been struggling to find a monitor(s) to suit my needs and wants. Can you help? 27-34" NOT curved 1440p (4K ok but not preferred. My setup is put together for playing my favorite game, RDR2, on Ultra settings at 1440p) 144hz+ G-Sync compatible Good, even blacks for dark room playing Wide color gamut Good contrast Great for scenic games and photo/video editing $1200 budget
  6. I'm looking for a non-curved, 1440 p, at least 144hz monitor that performs well in dark rooms, and has good contrast. Ideally 27-32". I have vision issues that make understanding low contrast images difficult, but when I look at rtings it seems all the monitors that perform well for gaming/ all around don't perform well in low light and/or have issues with contrast.
  7. I'm putting together my new gaming setup and want to have it finished by August, but I've heard a lot of hubbub about this new Eve Spectrum monitor, so do y'all think it will be worth the wait, or should I just go ahead and get something else? I'd be doing the 1440p, 240 hz version https://evedevices.com/pages/order
  8. I want it to function as also a mouse pad, just cover everything for a more cohesive look
  9. Where did you get your desk mat, specifically ones that are not just plain black but have designs on them/ can be custom printed?
  10. sounds like you're saying I should just do an ultrawide with an additional monitor on the side LOL
  11. Do you prefer one big ol monitor or 2 normal monitors (27")? Non-curve only! For gaming and photo/video editing
