Im in IT, Ive built a few pcs, but this one is driving me nuts.
I just built an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X with Gigabyte X570 Gaming Rev 1 board and Sapphire 5700xt video. I have corsair h100i cooling. and 16GB of Ram. my boot drive is 500GB NvMe and a secondary 2TB drive.
For memory i have G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200
From time to time, if i turn off or try to reboot it wont come back at all. Sometimes it will boot to windows and then it will reboot on its own and then it might be ok or it might just not work.
Im thinking of replacing the motherboard first with an Asus or MSI. im not sure i believe its the processor and im not sure i believe its memory either.
I dont really have any parts to swap out.
Any ideas? I cant eve get it to stay booted now.
