The only time i dont hear it is when my audio is completely off. I hear it on the minecraft menu for example when music is playing. WHat could this be? My pc is plugged into the wall

is that under the display thing in settings?

So i found an easier way because that way seems a little too advanced for me but I did get a couple hundred point boost. How exactly do you get into things like safemode

Heres some timespy results I got for this: https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/50443054? So i have a 2080 super and a couple days ago it was under performing by 1000 points according to timespy. A day later it was fine but now its back to underperforming a bit. The new driver update from Nvidia on the 17th seemed to make it worse. How can I roll back this driver update to see if that helps (downloaded it through geforce experience) and does anyone have any ideas on what to do? Note: I know its underperforming by a bit because my framerate in games are now lower than before. I know margin of error on timespy but it seems too coincidental that I would get a lower score and lower fps in games (about 140s in rainbow compared to 170s-200s in rainbow)

Even with it enabled it still dipped down into 100s for fps

I normally get 200-300 for fps but I get those weird dips

I have a 2080 super and AMD Ryzen 3700x and I play at all max settings. On places like Mirage Bombsite A my FPS dips to 100s when theres alot of activity like smoke and players. Is this normal for what I have?
