Ryzen dedicates 16 lanes for GPUs (up to 2 in most cases) and dedicates another 4 for an NVMe SSD, so you can use both directly off the CPU.

You forget a few key points. The 50% is in integer workloads at roughly performance parity. The 20% you speak of is in floating point. There's a catch though. It's 10% slower as well.

Let's expand the problem as well: the M4 cores are fucking huge. They're supposed to be like 50% faster than A76. Yet they're not. They're barely hanging in there while guzzling power. It's a failure.

The Mali setup doesn't quite match. It's closer than it's ever been but still a bit off. The next generation core will surpass Adreno 640 from the data provided but honestly Qualcomm did quite little between 630 and 640 so they do need to stop sandbagging and I think they might realize that ARM is catching up so we might see Qualcomm roll out the big guns either next gen or the one after. I'm quite sure that the Adreno GPU is also smaller than the G76 configuration in the Exynos. They're usually quite tiny but I can't find a die shot right now.

Anyway, the summary is much bigger chips performing worse and using more power doing so. All bad things in mobile.

Yeah, you're not really going anywhere with this.
The whole premise for your arguments is skewed just enough for it to be wrong across the board.
If your understanding of a subject or situation is off, then you have no chance of understanding anything within it.

Your apathy towards the employees is actually disturbing. You seem to not want to understand their plight or can't understand it. I don't know which one is worse. You seem to have this idea that the employees must not harm the company at all costs. They must restrain themselves and hope somehow that at some point someone will do something despite evidence suggesting that years and years of issues and attempts to solve them have gone either unnoticed or ignored. A walk-out isn't harmful. It actually might give Riot Games the option of legally firing them if nothing else. Your premise is that them grouping up and doing a walk-out will somehow spiral out of control. That group dynamics might incite violence or cause them to overpower the company with unreasonable demands or some shit that makes no sense. What recklessness are you even talking about? If anything it seems like you've moved 20 steps ahead in your mind to the absolute worst case hypotheticals. This is a walk-out. Nothing more.
I do see that you're attempting to move it towards the idea is that this is a result of extreme left ideas of SJW and MeToo and all that jazz but there is no evidence for that from what I've seen. It's just your mind making leaps again.

The environmental comparison completely went over your head I see. It wasn't about their goals but about the supposed recklessness being non-existent. They have no power either as is evident by the lack of accomplishments (yet).

I must say that I'm astounded by what I'm reading from you. I'll actually going to come out and say it reads like rambling. Not even trying to be offensive but that's honestly what my impression is. Just look at it from a human perspective if you can. Then you might actually understand what's going on instead of linking it to a host of different ideas that have no relevance and trying to come up with reasons why people should not be allowed to band together to protest.

It's the other way around. Mediatek doesn't give a shit about developers so there are no developer resources. Even the lowliest of Qualcomm chips see some development.

There is no confirmation whether this is GCN or not. In all likelihood it's an overhauled GCN with some big improvements (probably some backported stuff from whatever next gen arch they're working on). Considering the Linux kernel still refers to it as GCN it's probably a much improved GCN. Anandtech also says AMD kept quiet about what kind of beast this is and not mentioning the word GCN at all.

Trixanity got a reaction from Spotty in Nvidia trying to trademark..... numbers?
The problem is you interpret it at face value. You can't trademark just any number. You can't apply for a trademark for 34983049341 just because you want to. You need to prove that it's part of your brand and I don't think Nvidia can prove that the numbers 3080 is part of their brand. GTX 3080 maybe. GTX certainly. Likewise RTX. But they can't prohibit AMD from launching RX3080 preemptively. I doubt it'll hold up in court.

Numbers can be trademarked if they're iconic and almost (if not outright) synonymous with something like 911 with Porsche or 747 with Boeing. The rest is more doubtful. The problem is that that 3080 isn't an iconic name for Nvidia. It changes every new product launch. If they wanted it to become iconic then they should call their graphics cards 3080 henceforth to make it a trademark. They can't just say "you can't name it 3080 because we want to use those numbers maybe some time next year".

Anyway, this is basically just a rumor at this point. So no need to get your panties in a twist just yet.

Trixanity reacted to leadeater in Pair of AMD Navi GPU's to be shown at Computex
Most people rarely actually use the Nvidia control panel i.e. install drivers, play games, yay good to go. Most would never notice this so would have no reason to complain about it. For those that do, or find these interface issues more problematic/annoying, it's not non existent. Even in this instance it's highly unlikely that someone would pull the GPU out and replace it, as we would say at work that's failing to realize the capital investment so a really bad TCO. Even if it's at a good time to replace no one is going to buy a worse value product from AMD either, Nvidia control panel interface issues do not out way performance.

The situation around the Nvidia control panel is simply that there is no market driving factor reasoning to update it, even purely from an outdated UI perspective without interaction issue.

Youtube is full of people complaining about it, forums are full of people complaining about it, google has no problems returning search results for it. There's no shortage of evidence that it exists, whether one is willing to believe it, or acknowledge it, is quite another thing. It's very hard to counter "I don't have the problem so it doesn't exist" or "I don't find it annoying so it's not a big problem".

I honestly believe very few people actually use the control panel, I rarely use the AMD one either. I would likely have more reason than most to go in to it as well since I'm dual GPU and have to on very rare occasion force off crossfire on certain Nvidia sponsored games.

Yeah, I don't think a walk-out is comparable to beheading the nobility.

And yes, I understand what you're trying to accomplish but it isn't working. Not even a little bit.

Your arguing on the premise that Riot Games isn't Riot Games but alas Riot Games is Riot Games. Likewise you're arguing on the premise that the employees in question are overstepping somehow but they aren't.
