The bots already fulfilled the pre-orders before AMD put the website up, and even started the event.
CPU stock, until 2023, has been ordered up.
 

Has there been any mention of when the NDA will lift for reviewers?  I'm assuming Nov 5th?

according to their website a cooling solution is only present in the 5600x (much like the 3000XTs that only included with the lowest model).

Last update: I received my refund without any additional comments or any discussion with the seller.
 
Now i'm running 2 LG27GN850's and i couldn't be happier with these monitors. Excellent resonsiveness (feels exactly the same to me as the 240Hz G7), much better colors (mine both hit 97,5% D65-P3 coverage and 98,5% D65-P3 volume), a flat panel, absolutely no G-Sync issues, etc... The low contrast ratio of ~780:1 for both my models doesn't bother me at all, even though i expected it to bother me to some degree and i play a lot in the dark plus i'm used to my old VA, which had better contrast and my OLED TV, which can display true black. This really IS the perfect gaming monitor. Even the pixel overdrive is perfectly tweaked on the "Fast" setting with no pixel overshoot completely down to 30Hz.

Probably late Q1, if we're to go by AMD's track record with Ryzen and Threadripper releases, though nothing's confirmed yet.

Appreciate the response.  I figured it would be similar to their other CPUs but I have some planning time so I wanted to make sure.

a 3600 cl16 kit, or a 3200 cl16/14 should be fine. a cl16-16-16 kit or a cl14 kit is usually b die. 
generally very similar, as  said above, 3600 cl16/ 3200 cl14/16 should be good.
