I'll obviously have to consider that, but I'm hoping to fix it without resorting to any nuclear options.

Looking for some guidance on how to maybe fix this? NOT looking for any comments or remarks about Razer's quality control. Here's what I'm experiencing: All other devices in my house work on the network. When I go to network and internet settings to turn on the WiFi it gives me a spinning wheel next to it but eventually stops and it can't detect any networks. The laptop is less than a month old, I'm not sure what to do. I've restarted a few times, and I installed the Intel Driver & Support Assistant but it didn't help. EDIT: Bluetooth also not working
