Container for extra Bits for the screw driver

Nah imma pull an apple and not only hide the files but make them hard to replicate, and put minimal design effort in -
Found a bit storage solution for the LTT Screwdriver
BurntToast47 replied to DominusFaber's topic in LTTStore.com Merch
That is awesome. Im not gonna bother printing bit holder with magnets and all that. Im willing to buy the extra bits to support LTT, and going with the usual quality of Wera will be sweet -
Can I use a 6 and a 2 PCIe pin to power an 8 pin gpu?
BurntToast47 replied to Mjmj319's topic in Power Supplies
What PSU ? I would recommend NOT doing that unless you can guarantee the duty cycle is the same, because not every cable that terminates into the PSU box are the same. Worst case is it doesnt get enough power, or it does and it overheats and pops -
Container for extra Bits for the screw driver
BurntToast47 replied to Millersoft's topic in LTTStore.com Merch
Well I'm part of wave 4, so if I get mine soon I will design a good holder for the bits in inventor. It wont be hard as they are normal 1/4" hex shank bits, just shorter. I will then 3D print my own and if someone wants I could sell them for the cost of shipping & material. The big thing will be being able to hold screws up to the bits while on the holder to check sizes, and the fit to hold them. That olsatools one is a good option too. -

MSI dragon center missing options

MSI dragon center missing options
BurntToast47 replied to Panc's topic in Programs, Apps and Websites
I am having this exact same issue right now, based on everything ive done in the last 3 days, it is DEFINITELY an MSI software problem. I open the msi dragon center 2 software (the latest possible one out there) and the User Scenario and fan tuning stuff is just not there i tried all this: check all device drivers reinstall GPU drivers flash latest BIOS (which i already had) check CPU support checked all peripheral and corsair cooler/iCue settings and drivers checked for updates with Intel turbo tuning and monitor software. checked msi website to no avail, no help checked cooler and fan wiring tried reboot and re-flash of everything I am currently running: Z390-A Pro (most recent 1.0A BIOS) i7 9700KF Corsair H115i Platinum AIO 5700XT at 1750Mhz 5 fans hooked up properly 600W PSU -
There is something loose in my power supply!
BurntToast47 replied to Gamestormer999's topic in Power Supplies
could be something hitting the fan that broke off or something or a fan bearing went bad and flew somewhere -
be like linus and pull out a grinder or dremel, or just buy a new noctua cooler for 40 bucks that will perform way better than that dusty boi, also i had this issue with a radiator going over stuff in my case RIP

All photos got wiped off from iPhone6+ without doing anything
BurntToast47 replied to Zyleyus's topic in Phones and Tablets
those things are known to be weird with storage but it shouldnt delete things without warning. is it possible you have a backup system running that is hiding your photos from the gallery app or you just deleted them? -
Dead CPU or dead Mobo?
BurntToast47 replied to chrisninjabay's topic in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
make sure Audio or USB pins are connected, many old boards have a debug code beep set like my old DH77KC, and it may be your bios telling the thing its not hot enough to kick the fans on depending on the pinout you selected for each fan -
So you used up the remaining storage on your boot+main drive and your OS just dumped off the rest of it ?

Flirting with idea to add more RAM
BurntToast47 replied to steelo's topic in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
so you use a 2x4GB kit? i feel like all the work you do besides VR gaming wouldnt need more than 8GB at 3200MHz, but the VR would gain from it, then again if you had 2 sticks of 8 it would improve everything a bit. -

what material does it sound like youre moving around if you gently roll it? (while grounded maybe, because i wonder if shipping or something banged an angry capacitor or wire loose) -

MacBook Air 2020 vs Surface Laptop 3
BurntToast47 replied to MJW2K's topic in Laptops and Pre-Built Systems
Surface has the touch screen, and the macbook core clock is definitely lower, with storage speed also likely being a low spec, so depends on you wanting to join the apple ecosystem cult, or enjoy the touchscreen and user-repairable-troubleshoot friendly device
