Yes all the plastic pins are properly mounted.

I've a rig with stock intel cooler fan. Ideally the temp is around 50-60 C. Under stress, cpu temps reach 100 C easily. Please give me suggestions for a good upgrade. Processor : Intel i5-4460 with stock cooler
