  1. That's a good idea. I'll use it for that
  2. Was checking my hard drives with CrystalDiskInfo and saw there was 1 reallocated sector and it says the drive is bad. I've backed up the data on it. Should I continue to use this drive for non important data or just get rid of it?
  3. Hey, so I have an Asrock x570 Taichi. I have a bunch of addressable rgb strips and Phanteks halos fan frames connected to my Noctua case fans. When I plug everything in and have certain light modes active, the led strips start flickering. From googling it it seems like it's because I'm exceeding the header current limit. What options do I have for increasing that limit? Would something like this work? https://www.amazon.ca/Phanteks-PH-CTHUB_DRGB_01-Controller-3-Button-Compatible/dp/B07BT8JXSG/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8 ?
  4. Just tested it out, the Bithead is indeed susceptible to interface, I get buzzing when my phone is near it. I'll continue using it though because my headphones sound a lot louder.
  5. Just built a new PC. I found this headphone amp lying around that I've had for a decade now. I'm wondering if this is worth using over the built in mobo sound. https://drop.com/headroom-total-bithead-headphone-amp-dac/p Mobo is Asrock X570 Taichi
  6. New build and I'm running into an issue when connecting an HDMI cable into the graphics card as a secondary monitor. The monitor is connected with display port, I'm connecting the HDMI to my Onkyo receiver to have the PC audio output to the receiver. The system shuts down as soon as I plug the HDMI in. I can get it to work if I turn the PC off and then turn it on with the HDMI plugged in but I want to be able to unplug it and plug it back in when windows is running. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/rxxp/saved/
  7. I can't return it and also I got it for a really good deal, even cheaper than the 5700xt.
  8. Hey everyone, so I'm upgrading my i7 4790 16gb ddr3 2070 super build to a Ryzen 3 build. I got a steal of a deal on cpu, mobo, and monitor. Is my 750w PSU good enough for this build? Only thing I have left to buy is ram. Is the ram I picked out a good choice or is there anything better at the $200 CAD price point? Gonna be doing 1440p gaming and the occasional video editing. Also, if I'm not moving around huge files often, is a m.2 drive really worth it over the Samsung 860 pro ssd? Any real noticeable benefits? . Thanks. https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/rxxp/saved/#view=L2vJf7
