I see a header marked "spi debug", and I have a ch341a flasher on hand. Chips is supported by the flasher according to the AliExpress description. But where to get the file? Do i have to unzip it? Any modification to the file required?

So I got myself a HP pavilion system for 45 bucks, the guy I bought It from updated the bios but failed so he sold it to me. I chucked In a R5 3600 and a gt620 to no avail. So I'm curious, would it work to reprogram the bios chip? Or would it be a better idea to get a preprogrammed one of eBay? Does the file I need to flash on the chip exist somewhere on the internet? Don't plan on upgrading my gpu cuz this single fan 1060 barely fits and the psu is at 275w, do you think a 16x riser from Ali would do?

How would a 1x gen 3 riser do?

My cheapo ass I building a sff system, need a riser. Could either spend ~40 euros for a new riser locally, ~10 euros for a AliExpress one (don't have the time for to wait) or get a cheap mining riser locally for ~2 euros. So would a mining riser work as a PCIe riser. Not planing to use anything too powerful, only a 1060 6g

So basically what happened is that my oculus rift kinda "broke". So according to the oculus app everything is okey dokey but on the headset side the signal seems to be broken. i know my graphics card (hd 7950) is underpowered but it worked last time i tried absolutely fine. It seems to be that the signal is broken in some way. My rig 9700k 2x7950's 16gb ram

The title says it pretty much all. Task manager reports 0-5% usage and Amd drivers are reporting 90-95% usage. Also all of the vram is used up which makes no sense if its not being utilized. I*m not completely sure what's correct and what's not but the card is quite loud and is ruining hotter. I also noticed that my ram usage is unusually high (11gb). This is all with almost no applications running in the foreground. Apologies for any spelling mistakes.
