Hard drives are better than SSD's, because hard drives have a FAR great RPM than SSD's have. SSD manufacturers don't even mention the RPM of their solid state disks. Smh. ??

y'all are wacccc for buying into the SSD scam, you can get a 69TB HDD for the same prices as a 4KiB SSD. THAT'S SOME STR8 UP VALUE XDDD ?‍♀️?

This has been a reference to the terrible trolls that have been plaguing this site for too long without getting banned. pls fix.

the truth is this. hard drives are only useful nowadays for backups. even someone as crazy and rich as Linus knows that because his editors use that SSD server to edit from. the only reason he needs petabyte project is for backups of all the footage.

well, i use them as a main on some pcs, use them to save everything, play games on it. they should still exist, but they shouldn't be your main drive in a 2019 built pc.

Hard drives are really only useful as high capacity drives; really not as fast drives

I know... it's just that I have 3 systems (main, upstairs for school and a laptop) that I daily use, and one lacks a ssd and is going to be a 4 hdd server

(and is a prebuilt hp in a 2003 case...)
