    My son was playing a game I have an HP envy and the system shut down when he pressed the power button to start it backup I got a black screen I can't do anything on the black screen I have to shut my computer down 3 × 2 get it to the recovery mode and when I'm there nothing works says it can't be repaired can someone help me? I went to command prompt in recovery and typed in Explorer. exe and it said is not recognized
