Hi , today my new cpu cooler came so i replaced it , after i plugged all the cables in as usual pressed the power button , pc wont boot up and on the debug led , the cpu and dram led blinks then turns off , i have tried reseating the cpu , taking off my ram , cleaning the pc , taking of mobo battery then putting it back on . Unfortunately nothing worked please help me asap. my pc : I5 9400f B365 as rock phantom gaming Adatta 8gb ram 3000Mhz 1660 Nvidia 6gb gpu 1tb storage 550w corsair psu
