Yes i pull out power cable , and i just try to short cmos reset pin for 30 second ,still no display ,,,helpppp

Hello, i try to apply game mode on ryzen master ,when i apply screen freeze , i wait 30m and still freeze ,i turn off pc using power button , after turn it back on all fan spin no red ez debug led on mobo , i wait 30m still no display , then i try remove cmos battery for 1hour and put it back on , still no display , can anyone help me , My spec are Msi b350m mortar Ryzen 5 1600 8gb ddr4 2666mhz Gtx 750 ti palit 550w 80+ psu

Hello , my name is eddy , im from malaysia , i have some problem with my gpu , i just bought it secondhand ,, and the seller did not give any warranty so its on me now, palit gtx750ti 2gb dual storm oc , after installing my gpu fan not spinning , so i guest it will spin on certain temp , so i stress test it with msi combustion ,my temp reach 80c still not spinning, and i already set fan curved in afterburner to 100% ,and update my driver still the same , and i open it up clean it , make sure the connector in , change thermal paste , can someone please help me, my spec are Msi b350 mortar, ryzen 5 1600, galax gamer2 ddr4 8gb ,120 galax ssd, 500gb hdd, 550psu 80+( new), thank u for helping me , soory for broken english ,

When i only install 1 dim doesnt matter which slot it boot fine to windows no problem , but when i put 1 more dim it doesnt boot at all , i try both ram one at a time it work fine ,just can put 2 dim , i check cpu pin it seem okay to me ,,,, what did u guys think? Motherboard dead or cpu dead ? I doesnt have any spare part to test ,,

Hello , how to check if my mobo is dead or cpu , my pc cant turn on , when i press on button the fan just spin for a second then shutdown , i already try ,change power suply , reseat ram and processcor ,reset cmos, take all out and test on test bench , when i take the processcor out my fan start spinning and doesnt shut down , when i put back processor it start shutdown again ,can anybody help me , sory my english is bad im from another country,
