  1. Another option for disabling the application to start after booting would be to press Win key + r, type shell:startup, hit Enter and delete the file that causes the problems.
  2. Are you sure the Cooler is mounted properly? Did you put thermal paste in between?
  3. I think you can save a few pounds if you choose the F Version of the CPU (without integrated GPU as you have a dedicated one).

  21. You mean R5 3600? Yes, if it fits in your budget it's a great CPU, better than the 2600.
  22. You do not have to wait for Zen 3. Zen 2 is good too.
