I have question regarding Ryzen 5 3600 temps, since they still bother me.
Specs

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 @ 4.2GHz turbo @ 1.25V
Mobo: MSI B450 Pro Gaming Carbon AC
RAM: T-Force Delta R 2x8GB
GPU: PowerColor RX 5700 XT 8GB Red Devil
CPU Cooler: Noctua U12S
PSU: Seasonic Focus+ 850fx 850W Gold
Case: Sharkoon TG4 (3 intake, 1 exhaust fan, all 120mm)
Room temp: 23C with AC on
Problem

Played Mass Effect Andromeda and noticed that temps reached 83C still.
Questions
---------------------------
1. I'm thinking of moving GPU one slot below, will it make any difference?
2. I'm Thinking of adding one more exhaust fan on top of the case (I gotta drill custom holes only), should I do it?
3. Is it just the game or?

I placed peach size Noctua NT-H1 in middle of CPU (termal paste shouldn't be the problem).
I screwed CPU cooler properly until it got tight.
